Those rooms were very dirty and disgusting didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there the staff was nice but as soon as we checked in we checked right back out

We made reservations and one hour prior to arrival I was notified the property could not honor my booking due to overbooking! It took many emails and 2 calls, waiting 45 minutes for hotels.com to reserve a new room after going back and forth with them! A complete shot show all the way!

Stayed here during family weekend for UD. Dirty, old, noisy, and unkempt (kinda smelly too). Staff was nice tho. Not a good choice unless you’re desperate.

Alicia at the front desk was awesome! She was very busy and she remained friendly and professional.
My room was clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again if I’m traveling in the area.
