Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz

We have stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana numerous times & find it to be excellent . Our room was beautifully maintained by Carlina & her helpers. We always leave raving about the bed ! All of the staff are very courteous & anxious to be of help We will be returning.

the bathroom lid had stool and they had to go clean, and then television does not work and the had to change television , many people entering my room in the middle of the pandemic and we in pajamas was the worst experience l have hab in a hotel l do not recommend it

Muy buen servicio, el hotel creo que es el mejor que tiene veracruz, la comida muy rica, los cuartos son pequeños pero muy limpios y cama muy cómoda con todo lo que necesitas. El área de alberca es grande y el acceso a la playa directo . Lo recomiendo mucho

Hotel was awesome staff was friendly did not eat anything there so I don’t know how is the food but it’s a nice place with friendly staffs

This place is very poor remodel. Our first room was hot and it smells when we went in the thermostat wasn’t working properly so we had to move to another room. Second room seemed to be in a better condition but as I finished shower and use their dryer for my hair the lights started to flicker and ended up loosing the power in our room. I got dress in the dark and went to talk to front desk because not even the phone was functioning my husband and I spoke to Karina the sales manager she nicely said give me a chance to fixed the problem, so as we walked back the power was restored. The maintenance person was showing me what to do in this type of problem occurs again, I was what do you mean this is a “ nice hotel is this how they run business this shouldn’t be happening”...I own my own house I know what to do in this kind of situations. Well they ended up leaving the room as I try to dry my hair again power goes out a second time within less then five minutes from them “fixing it” to this point I’m frustrated and tired is almost midnight and we are in the dark fixing our luggage’s to move ones again to another room. The manager accommodated us in a nicer room but to this point I was afraid to keep drying my hair...my family decided to stay another day here but I was like force to stay and move a 4th time because manager said we couldn’t stay at the room she prior had moved us because of the problems we have had before... overall in my opinion the hotel needs a lot of work.

Excellent location. About 30 mins drive from the airport with traffic. Direct beach access. Amazing pool. Travelled during COVID-19 and indoor pool closed.

Excelent Service. Friendly Staff. Super clean. Pool super big and clean.

Rooms no very clean for the price it will be much better especial now for the COVID
