The room had an odd smell and talking to the other guests, this was considered normal. They did quit refilling the breakfast buffet early which was disappointing.

Enjoy our staying

The stay was awesome BUT i was charged twice for my room and not real happy with the difference in pricing. I was charged $115 from hotels.com then I was charged $110 by the hotel which was lower than what Hotels.com charged me THEN the bill she handed me was for $100.96 SO I was charged by Hotels.com as well as the Hotel on my card BUT the receipt I was handed in the lobby when I checked out was less than either of the charges. I am still waiting to find out from the hotel that they took the charges off my card but as of right now they are still showing. This caused a damper on my trip because of being charged twice I was not able to do the things that we planned to do that day and our trip was cut a day short. So I basically wasted gas to drive to Indianapolis and spend the night. I could have saved about $250 bucks and just stayed home.

Overall a decent hotel. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked a bunch of water and we heard it dripping about 11:30pm. With two sleeping children we couldn’t move to another room but the night staff came and cleaned up the mess. When checking out it took about 20 mins to get our rate reduced and the person at the front desk wasn’t very friendly which compounded the issue.

Check in wasn’t very welcoming and the room smelled musty. I don’t know if they had just cleaned carpets or not, but the carpeting in our room felt damp when we arrived and it smelled bad. I expected more given the positive reviews I had seen. Complimentary breakfasts are never awesome, but this was really not very appealing.
