Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brentwood North-Nashville Area, an IHG Hotel

It was a wonderful hotel. Bed and pillow were so comfortable. Grab and go breakfast still included.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was a tub that was slow to drain. I would stay here again.

Property itself was lovely, clean & comfortable Front desk guy was disgraceful! He mumbled, avoided eye contact & spent the entire time on a personal phone call! He needs to fid a new line of work

The hotel was nice and clean but the front desk staff was terrible. There are signs everywhere saying masks required, so they should be following the rules as well. Upon check in, the female at the front desk was not wearing her mask, I saw her again in the hall with it around her chin.

When we arrived, I was NOT greeted, just asked “the name?” from across the room. Front desk clerk was assisting another guest, so, and especially with the pandemic, I gave them space. While he was assisting them, he shouted out from behind the partition- across the lobby to me. He was not pleasant and FAILED to check my ID or credit card. Sure, that’s a lot faster, but I wasn’t thrilled about it. I could have been anyone 😡 The layout is odd; they have lobby on second floor and limited parking there. We had to park behind the building and I had a difficult time getting that info front desk clerk. Once I reached my room, I had to squint while in there - with every light in there ON it was too dark. They need to replace the bulbs with new ones! Shower was nice; bed was EXCELLENT and extremely comfy (pillows as well)!! I loved the ceiling fan (one of the reasons I chose this particular HIE). They are apparently doing some remodeling on my floor (4th) and there were Sheetrock pieces all down the hallway & in my room. It looks terrible. Also, I’m not sure just how clean my room even was since I found an empty water bottle in the trash can by the door. There were no additional cleaning stations around and nothing to wipe tv remotes with. Breakfast was typical Covid grab&go. I liked my room and the bed - would possibly stay again just because it was so comfortable but beware.

The rooms was spotless and the location convenient for shopping and other things.

We missed not having the normal continental breakfast that we normally have here.

The beds were very comfortable!! Great location near shopping and places to eat. I would stay here again.
