Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso Airport

Hotel would be okay, if not for the constant sounds of construction (which we were not notified would be occurring) and the incessant banging on the room next to us (which was so violent we could not keep our toiletries off the floor in the shower). The shower was leaky, and the walls were so incredibly thin that we could hear every word that came out of anyone in the hallway’s mouths (some of which were very inconsiderate words). Would’ve asked for our money back, but figured there was no point.

This hotel is under construction. It was impossible to find with GPS but the manager gave us careful directions after we drove in circles. It is a box of a hotel and lobby missing due to remodel. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. They have not business charging full price while the hotel is in disarray.

This hotel is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The airport location is perfect and has easy access. WiFi can be spotty at times but is generally fine. Free continental breakfast is good and better than most other hotels I've stayed at.

Hotel was under going some renovations but still no efforts to make things better for customers

Hotel is being renovated so there was no lobby they relocated check in to a room and breakfast to buffet only in the hall. It worked very well - very creative way to supply the promised breakfast which was good. The reconstruction work started pretty early - glad we weren’t trying to sleep in.
