Nice located in the centre. I was upgraded to a suite, which of course was nice. However, the room was quite worn out and the jacuzzi had rotten water inside the tubes/pumps. Breakfast is fare from as good as they are claiming.

Check in was a bit faster than usual, actually sub 5 minutes. Shower is lacking pressure and the shower curtain is a really good 80-reference. Spacious enough room and the bed is very soft.

The ‘usual’ hotels.com room, not the best room, just next to the elevator on the 1. Floor, out of 5 floors. But the restaurant was nice staffed.

Great location for visiting Aalborg with convenient parking on site. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some updates/repairs. Our beds were not the comfiest.

Friendly, nice and overall welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately, not helped by outdated rooms- some pretty awful- at first appearance. Mattress toppers and pillows are extremely soft. Not comfortable for most in our group. No option for different firm pillows either.
Towels all fraying and old.
Desperately needs an update to help the staff do their job. Management needs to invest back into this place.
