I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any request, making my stay seamless. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat especially after a busy day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

4/10 Fair

Affordable but terrible
My husband and I came for one night. It’s a good location and price is good. We got a standard room with a King bed. The room is spacious. However, it was freezing. The heat was not on in late December. We had to put the heat up 3-4 times over night because the room was so cold and heat was struggling. The toilet had poop stains in it prior to us using it. The king bed was not a king bed. It’s two twin beds pushed together. If you plan on sleeping in the middle of the bed you’ll be on the crack between two mattresses. Rooms are very close to each other and anyone coming in and out of their room will easily wake you up. Walls are very thin. Ultimately wouldn’t stay here again.

Will return again and agin
This is a very good hotel whenever we have a Symphony Orchestra Concert. Always sold and consistent service which we've never regret to choose. This time, upon check-in, they kindly allowed us to stay in the room having a refrigerator and microwave. Thank you very much for your quick and kind arrangement. However, we would like to ask a few "improvements." When we entered the room, the trash bin was full (obviously forgotten to pick up). AC outlets were not enough for recharging all electric gadgets -- especially the working table/desk area. When you take a shower, there is no reachable place to put the bath towel. Nonetheless, the bed was firm and excellent. The room was quiet and warm enough to give us a good night sleep. Again, staff are excellent to solve any problem immediately. Will definitely return many more times to brighten up our Chicago stay. Thank you very much once again.

Convenient and comfortable.
Quick overnight stay and it was just what I needed. Check in staff was super welcoming and friendly. Clean, comfortable and Elephant and Castle restaurant right downstairs! Other amenities nearby. Price was right for a stay downtown.

Meh
Front desk girl was friendly and helpful during checkin. The bed was clean and comfy. There is no security latch on the inside of the door. There were surfaces that were clearly dirty. No security latch on the back of the door. Its been a long time since Ive been in a hotel without one.

Phenomenal Affordable Option in Chicago
My daughter and I stayed overnight here and loved it! Staff were friendly, communicative, and very accomodating. The build was a bit older, but they have done a wonderful job with rennovations. Its only a 10- minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walm to Millenium Park. The only thing is the water took a while to get hot, but again it's an older building and worth waiting for the cost-effective price to stay. Will stay again!
