The daily fee was supposed to include a welcome drink, 10% off food/drink and fitness discount. None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. Hopefully, others receive this information when they check in.

Loved it- will be back!
We really loved the welcoming staff---our room was lovely- with lots of special touches- that were quirky and fun! The courtyard was so nice! At night the firepits were on- and even though it was quite cold--it felt nice to sit our there for a while! Really a great oasis--and near everything we wanted to do! Clean and Beautiful!

Cute but a few quirks.
It was a cute idea, but our bedroom faced the street so it was a bit noisy. We asked for a king room, but were "upgraded" to a suite. However, it was a queen bed and we were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower glass was so.clean l almost walked into it.

Nice hotel, but don't expect to get any sleep.
Arrive is a cute, boutique style hotel with nice amenities, comfortable bed and linens; however, the noise level was very high with loud ppl in the courtyard late into the evening and elements of the city activities. I was not able to get any sleep in the 2 days that I stayed.

We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard with firepits and the gazebo bar. Our ground floor room was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had issues with getting cold water from the sink faucet and it was a bit noisy as you could hear guests walking above us. I would recommend staying on the higher floor if you can do the stairs. The location could not have been better.
