Incredibly faulty electrics
We had a faulty room with electrics. It basically kept tripping out for the 4 nights we were there. Every few hours we would ring down and they would trip it back on. Not once were we offered to move rooms or even comp’d a night or anything. To top it all off we’ve just been charged another night stay (a day after leaving). I’ve called them and still waiting for a manager to call me back as no one can explain why. For such a big company I’m baffled why they can’t help.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and could not have been more comfortable. The beds were a little firm for my liking but still comfortable. I liked the shower space and spacious closet although we did not have to use it. We liked the easy access to the ice machine as we used that quite a bit. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee could have been hotter. Swimming pool was nice. Staff was great. Close proximity to a range of restaurants and stores. Overall had an excellent stay.
