The staff is always super friendly. Breakfast is always amazing! I do not like the way that guests who purchase through a third party (such as Expedia) are clearly placed in a sub standard room. The rooms that I am assigned when I purchase directly through the IHG site are far superior than those I am assigned any time I choose to purchase through a third party. Logically, I know that this is probably because they do not like losing money to third parties. However, they must know that customers are looking for the best deal, and should not have to fight insects, nor deal with “stains” and dingy smells throughout the room for doing so, Expedia should look into this. Otherwise, don’t bother to request the completion of these surveys.
