La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tallahassee North

I know the facility has been there a long time but for the pricing to be competitive the accommodations should have been competitive. Many maintenance issues were reported so I hope that next time I can see much improvement. The bed, however, was very very comfortable, making some issues forgivable. 😊

We checked in, got into the room and ran straightening out as we were greeted by big cockroach. It was comfortable on the coffe mug. We check out less than 5 min after checking in. We are still waiting for our refund!

The room i had originally was a two bed with tv fridge and microwave the tv woukdnt come on the next day i said i wanna stay again i wanna keep the room I asked about the rates the hotel rates were high so i asked to use a hotel.com or priceline they said thats a 3rd party we will have to charge you more incase you break something but when you check out we will Give the money back if you don't break anything so being an adult not a toddler i figured okay havent checked out yet we will see if i get that money back im sure it takes a week or so and when i used hotel.com i got a hold a $75 dollar hold on my card and they moved me to another room with no fridge and microwave I didnt know that was gonna happened had to throw out my already open eggnog hey its late November dont judge me

The staff was very friendly however the the grounds were in horrible disrepair. Mold was growing everywhere.

had very bad experience with this hotel. hot water didn't work nor did the refrigerator. had to move rooms late that nite after check in. then checking out the next morning the assistant gm was extremely rude about the $75 they charged on my card to hold for incidentals. i didn't get back until 5 days after i check out. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

First I was given a room that was in the back by the parking lot went to open the door and the door knob with broken went back to the receptionist and she gave me another room in the courtyard that was very nice and clean

Old property, not good location. Didn't feel real safe. Missing lightbulb and a cockroach Did not have any breakfast . Price was somewhat lower, but not low enough.

The property is very old and run down. While the rooms were clean, this property is 15 years past its prime. Should be bulldozed and rebuilt. There are several new hotels nearby that are the same price

The stay was good. In line with most all the hotels we have stayed in the past two weeks breakfast was suspended due to the virus. The room was clean, smelled nice. Be aware though they do not charge for pets they do want a 75.00 deposit for what they call ”incidentals” which as explained to me was for clean up if your pet damaged the room or when you left smelled like smoke. Was a little bothered by this. No other La Quinta we have stayed in ever charged a deposit.
