Hotel Royal

Good location in the French Quarter at Royal and St. Philip streets. The staff is very friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean with good water pressure. The room was small as expected for and old house that has been converted to a hotel. I felt safe in the immediate area even at night. My only complaint is the very dark, uninviting lobby and black stairs. They would do well to introduce some light, bright colors.

For the price the rooms was very small, to us the heat was not working but the staff insisted the room was warm! The changed us to a much smaller room the following Morning after complaining for the third time.

close to Bourbon St. But not for older people no elevator to you room

Great location. Rooms are small, but gets the job done. You don;t go down there for the hotel room but for the fun. The staff was great. They really do take care of you. I plan on going back to the same hotel. Eric really did a good job.

Great staff. Very helpful and nice. Walls are pretty thin, but it is an old building. The location is great. Close to everything.
