Tall Trees Canberra Hotel

Beautiful suburb, fabulous location, 3km from the city of Canberra itself. Local shopping in a village atmosphere, great eatery - Edgars Inn (busy as!) Fantastic local services (especially the ultra fancy IGA Supermarket) As for the accommodation itself? It's OK.. nothing fancy...I felt it was very expensive for three of the four nights we stayed (Parliment was sitting and apparently that makes a huge difference to the prices, throughout Canberra) Remember, this is a motel, not a hotel! No table or chair to sit at to eat, so you need to eat on your bed! Not ideal! Would we stay again, yes.

Easy parking and getting to places but rooms were smaller in real life than photos online.

In Canberra for 4 days and found this to be a great location on the edge of the city. Locally there were quite a few options to eat out at all times of the day. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to access for parking etc. Ensuite was a little on the small side (and we are not big people) but other than that everything was fine. Only ever seem to be about 20 minutes from all the sights , museums , galleries etc.

It was a last minute booking happy to get something we were given a disabled room not worried too much about that but price was a bit steep for a very basic room but as I stated was last minute booking and really needed to get some booking
