Crowne Plaza London - Docklands

Meget flott hotel med god beliggenhet til o2 Arena.

Wonderful stay for myself and 2 granddaughters aged 10. Staff very helpful and accommodating

Had a lovely stay here. Asked for a early check in beforehand and was able to get into the room at 12 instead of 3. Booked a twin double, large room with soft comfy beds and bedding, rubbish view of the carpark next door though. Complimentary toiletries, fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Huge tv. Staff very pleasant, had a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety. The only downside was the location too far out from central london for me. Perfect if you are visiting the o2 as it is only 2 tube stops down, but too far for leicester square. However this is no reflection on the hotel as i knew this when i booked. Would definitely book again if going to a concert at the o2, super clean hotel with lovely staff..a very plesant stay

Stayed in 3 different hotels for 3 nights and this was the best of the 3. The room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean . Only complaints were the toilet overflow kept going, bathroom door closed meant we couldn’t hear it. The tv turned itself on at 8am unannounced!! Then again at what I assume 9am, it was on when we came back from breakfast!

Excellent Hotel, ideal base for the O2 and very good value. Would definitely stay again.
