I found bed bugs in my suite (I got upgraded to the suite) Pillow covers didn’t cover the entire pillow and the dirty pillow was half out of cover. Staff, though friendly was not trained in hospitality. They would want to go out of their way to help but lack of training is very evident.

Wedding Anniversary Getaway
Overall we had an excellent stay Staff are so friendly , they welcomed us great! It’s close to the Metro Train, and easy access to go anywhere! We bought the GOLD CARD for the metro train which is a VIP seat to take the Metro. I recommend Oprah the receptionist lady she was above and beyond helping us during our Stay!
