Colonial Motel And Spa

There was no one at the front desk to check out. My company tried for 2 days to call the hotel and no one picked up the phone. They had to make the reservation online.

Loved it was spacious and comfortable...very clean and fair prices...i would like to co.e and stay again...

The bathroom sink drain was plugged and regurgitated garbage. The tv did not work by remote or screen controls. Much of the furniture was broken or shabby. A light that did not work was plugged in and had exposed wiring protruding from the base. The hot water never got hot. The hotel was appealing from the outside. It was new and clean. The insides suffered from poor maintenance.

Motel has an old and newer section; old section seen to have long term stay; people were cooking out on grills and cleaning their own room. The room was clean, heat/air is not central so be prepared for fan in the wall unit. It was close to local business and easy on an off the highway.

We stay at this hotel every year and this is far the worse we have ever seen the room !Our room was not the cleanest carpets were filthy didn’t look like they had been vacuumed, bathroom was totally DISGUSTING, Mold on the shower head and all thru the grout on the wood , room smelled of smoke and the curtains had food or something on them Beds were very cheap and very u comfortable. I did go to the desk and spoke with the pleasant lady who moved us to another room which wasn’t 100% better but didn’t have mold or the smell of cigarettes.

Everything was fine. Nice enough place and very nice staff. One surprise was the Indian restaurant next door to the hotel - the food tasted so good!

Building was well away from the road, so it was quiet. Everything was clean, as it should be. Not far to Brattleboro center.

Absolute worst hotel. Filthy, filled with druggies, it is also a low income housing hotel. It is an absolute filthy horror show. Please please RUN RUN RUN dont subject yourselves or your kids to this dump. Spend the extra money & go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

A motel is usually right at the main road; all of the rooms were away from road and quiet. It seemed clean enough with fresh sheets and linens but floors looked like they needed vacuuming and the outside could use blowing leaves and sticks away from entrance. The breakfast was okay. I had a piece of sausage which was good. The eggs were terrible, I threw them out. I ate my own bread and took butter. I can usually find something, it was disappointing. It was a about a 3. The office check in area looked dark and dingy. They did seem to use some precautionary measures for COVID and had a form to sign. Good. Thank you.

No one in office had to call and wait 20 mins room smelled horrendous like cat pee!! And mold worst smel ever!!! I didn’t even want to stay but had already paid on hotels app! There were stink bugs in the curtains
