Volcano View Hotel Santorini

In overall the stay was good. But the hotel needs some work like we were just a couple but we got a room with two single beds down and a double bed up which was an inconvenience. There was a lot of noise coming through. Free bottled water was not provided in the room like most of the hotels. The staff were amazing and friendly. Also during breakfast but however when my husband asked for spanish omelette they said its not on the schedule so it will take 45 mins just to make it. The views of the hotel are amazing. I think they just need to upgrade it a little bit and improve their services a little. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to airport. Front desk staff was friendly and room has good views. However, we experienced very rude cleaning staff, who threw cleaning supply over my husband's head while he was sitting on the balcony in the morning, to pass those supplies to each other across our room. We were both shocked, because this is not the behavior you would do to anyone, nevertheless your hotel guest. The manager was apologetic after our complaint, but we think guests should know the potential issues. Santorini is a beautiful island we visit every summer, but we will not visit this hotel again.

Highly recommend the hotel for the views, service, pool, amenities, location, and breakfast. We stayed in a great villa with more room than I expected. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect pick. After looking through tons of reviews, I chose this location . It was beyond amazing, from the room, view, service, restaurant on site they exceeded my expectations. They were so helpful, kind and truly made me feel like I was they’re top priority.

It might be the best view of the island! Great service. The only down side is how expensive the food and drinks are. I thought with paying more for the hotel we would get more perks, but we had to pay for breakfast as well. Would still recommend though! Just be prepared for the high costs.
