Arrived and called for a shuttle to pick us up from the train station. We specifically booked this hotel because of the shuttle service. They refused to pick us up and it cost me 50 euros. I thought we might be too early for the airport shuttle service and we were. But it pissed me off that there were two guys working there and watching soccer on the TV!

Good value airport hotel
I would have given this hotel excellent because of the service given to us by Marie, Peggy and the staff working with them. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant each night and the staff there were good too. On the third day we were there we were left at the station waiting for the bus for half an hour and when we got back our room had no towels in it and the door had been left open. It was probably just a busy day but it was a shame in an otherwise very good stay. This was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed in and I would use it again.

Très déçus, propreté douteuse de notre chambre
La première fois de tous nos séjours Kyriad en France, celui-ci est décevant ! La chambre sur parking était mal isolée, la Clim réversible faisait grand bruit nous obligeant à dormir sans chauffage. La propreté de la chambre est douteuse, la literie inconfortable. L’oreiller à mémoire de forme n’enlève en rien ce point. La douche a un rendu « sale » et l’absence de rideau ou d’écran séparatif de douche arrose partout dans la pièce. La bouilloire avait encore le reste de d’eau du précédent locataire … bref nous sommes très déçus, les autres chambres étaient peut-être différentes, mais éviter la numéro 4 !! Dommage car le personnel semblait sympathique, ainsi que l’accueil en général. C’est à 7 min de l’aéroport mais ce ne sera plus notre critère de choix.
