Checking in was so slow they need more personal, they need more choices with food and better taste , rooms smell humidity and need better cleaning

There were a few things about this hotel. We ended up paying $150 more then expected.

The location is great but the food has a big area of improvement, specially the lunch.

This resort does not look anything like the pictures shown. Pictures must have been taken when the place opened. The resort is in extreme disrepair. Rooms were horrible and looked like something out of a horror movie. Food variety was terrible and food quality was not the greatest. Resort is not on the beach as the pictures show...you actually have to cross a very busy highway to get the the beach. There are no blankets on the beds just a single sheet and the pillows are like sleeping on logs. The beds are hard. The only great thing about this resort is the staff was very friendly and the Italian restaurant had excellent food. Unfortunately the Italian place is only open on mondays, wednesdays, fridays and saturdays. The other days are for owners only. The staff does not speak english so you better brush up on your spanish before going. The resorts is used mostly by the locals and not really a tourist destination.

This staff has as very friendly, the property had a lot to offer. Our only problem was that the air conditioner was full of mold.

Our room was a nice location. Matress was quite soiled. Staff was excellent and did all they could to make our stay a great one. We were the only USA guests. All were Mexican and few spoke english. The evening shows were either karaoke or boring to us as all were in spanish. I think they only have 2 different shows now. They used to be Vegas quality and different every night. The food was good but severely limited in variety as to our past 9 stays here. Property is kept very clean and they offer a good variety of recreational amenities. THEY NO LONGER EXCHANGE CURRENCY AT THE OFFICE. This is a great family place, but it will be our last time.

Didnt get our room on time got our rooms 1hour and 30 min after the check in time. Had no hot water the ac didnt not work we had to move 4 time from the rooms. We got sick from the food they serve their they dont have variety of food jest 3 options. Had lots of animals in the bed some were bed bugs. Rooms were not clean so.e roon when check in had dirty sheets

This property is totally dilapidated, the bathroom smelled, the bed was very firm. The television was at least 15 years old. The property grounds were poorly kept. I would never stay at this property again. If I had not prepaid via Expedia, I would have requested my money back and would not have stayed.

Staff are very noisy, high voices discussion at 5:00am. No chance to rest. Installation required services, all condition.
