Hotel is located in the old town of Antalya. Great location if you want to see this part of the town, with its narrow streets and lots of small shops and booths selling souvenirs and clothes. This part of Antalya seems to be more expensive then outside the old town, for both food and clothes. The beach the hotel refers to is beautiful, but very small and totally packed. You have to pay to use the beach. It is much better to go to the other two public beaches, wich are miles long. One of them are a stone beach, which are okay. The other beach is a nice sandbeach. You have to rent sunbeds and parasols on both beaches (if you want). They tend to play loud music on both beaches. You need transportation to both beaches. It will take about five minutes by taxi to the stone beach, and approx 20 min with taxi to the sand beach.
The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, and always try to solve your issues. The room was okay, we booked the standard (cheapest) room. What we missed in the room was a desk in the bathroom. It is room for it, but we had to put everything on the floor. The cleanliness in the hotel was in general good, but the maid in our room was overlooking the floor corners and the old peanuts under the bedside table for two weeks.
We had our 6 year old son with us, and the pool was very popular. However, this is not a family hotel, and it was not many kids in the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with lots of facilities for kids you should look elsewhere. But for a quiet holiday with one kid, is the pool good enough entertainment if you do fun stuff outside the hotel in addition.
