Comfort Suites Fairview Heights

The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, especially the biscuits and gravy, were excellent. The only negative that I have about this hotel is that the person who checked us in was not friendly, courteous or helpful. She did not give directions to our room. She did not tell us about breakfast or the hours for breakfast. I was very disappointed about this aspect. In the morning, however, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The evening/night shift desk clerk was not very pleasant. She must have been absent on customer service training day. Everyone else we encountered was very friendly and helpful!

A good stay. Good size room. Beds were nice. Bathroom was a little rough but overall good.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed kinda stiff but overall this is a good hotel.

During check in the host stated in the phone with her friend the whole time so there was not much of a greeting. The sofa bed had other people's yeah in it including a concert ticket from Christmas, I stayed in February. The carpet in the room was crusty. The shower and beds we're clean and the bed comfortable. Check out was as nice as expected.
