They took an extra $100 deposit for linen, which they said is refundable, but haven’t seen anything credited yet. Have never had to do pay deposit for linen before!!! Breakfast was bare minimum- bread with no spread like butter, cream cheese etc. Wouldn’t recommend stay at Sleep Inn at Sugarland/Stafford

I couldn’t get in room coffee maker to work. Alarm clock was blinking, but that was easy to fix. However, staff was friendly and helpful. Air freshener made hallway very pleasant. Room was pleasant and bed was very comfortable.

Smokey room
Absolutely terrible we will never use this place again. Upon arrival the young lady didn't see our travel arrangements. Then it got worse as we entered our room.The floor we stayed in was extremely smokey and smelled terrible from cigarette smoke.Stains on the carpet and torn up chairs and torn up walls. I took pictures and waiting for management to contact me immediately. I did contact the front desk to come and smell for themselves last night,and poor girl said I don't smoke so I'm not sure what to smell. As we were checking out and made a complaint to the morning front desk and he was concerned and had me write down our issues,another guest also had the same concerns as I did. He mentioned his room was by ours and same ugly smell. We couldn't sleep and woke up with headaches we left early this morning due to this room. We are exhausted from no sleep and truthfully from smoke inhalation. I have asked for a refund due to this and hope we get it.
