Flott beliggenhet, hyggelig betjening, bra bar og bassengområde, knøttlite toalett og dusj, veldig harde senger

Et fint hotell å bo på. Kort vei fra jernbanestasjonen og kort vei til den koselige gamlebyen. Frokostterrassen på taket var alle tiders. Luftig, lys og med storslagen utsikt over Napolis tak og kupler.

Var litt uheldig med at det var en del bråk utenfor hotellet på kvelden pga av en slam/sugebil. Det var også en litt for sterk (god)lukt på hotellet som vi ikke fant ut hvor kom fra. Ellers var hotellet kjempebra. Så litt sjabby ut utenfra men var flott innvendig med store rom og stort bad, veldig sentralt plassert. Veldig god service og hyggelige ansatte.

Great location and good value for money although the hotel is disappointing compared to the pictures, especially the restaurant and terrace.

The best part of staying here was the service. Enzo and Fabianne at reception were phenomenally helpful with room, car parking, directions, etc. Rooms are very nice and clean. Beds were a bit hard as were the pillows. Air conditioning was lack luster, but they gave us a fan. Shower water pressure was a bit low. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. TV w/satellite but no CNN. Small safe in the room. Breakfast on the roof patio was included and was excellent with eggs, sausage, meats, cheeses, croissants, coffee, tea, juices, fruit, and other stuff - likewise breakfast service was great! Location is just a block from Garibaldi square where train station is, and a few blocks from historic center. Driving in Naples is not recommended - one lane road leading to this hotel has traffic going in both direction - not for the faint of heart. They did park and bring the car to us when we needed it - parking was an extra 20 Euro per day. Overall we had an excellent 3-day stay.
