The rooms and facilities (pool) are great, Clean and an up from any other hotel ive stayed in on South Beach, but the service was really bad. We went to leave our bags at around 1pm, room wasnt ready as expected so we was told they would call us when the room was ready, with guartanteed checkin by 4pm. THe reception forgot to tell the guy taking our bags we wanted to leave them so we waited 10 minutes for someone that wasnt notified, this was the beginning :P
We returned to the hotel at 4.30pm withouth hearing anything from the reception. When arriving back the reception area was full of people waiting for their rooms, only one person behind the counter which on top of it all was in training so worked extremely slow.
While i was upgraded to a suite my friends was downgraded to a smaller room without balcony!
The suite was great, but i would rather have been able to get my room earlier and have some proper communication from the reception!
Its a very clean and nice hotel, they just need to sort out the reception communication. I will try again next year!
