Most disappointing stay ever
I have spent many trips in this hotel and this had to be the worst! Usually it is very quiet and comfortable. We were in room 208. The first night the people in the room above us were tromping around of the night and taking showers at 0200 and 0300 in the morning with flushing toilets for punctuation. The second night we were there there was a screaming child in the room next to us. I realize that children cry, but this was non-stop for hours. My husband said the child finally stoped around 2300 pm. I think some thought needs to go into where people are placed in a hotel. People with kids in one wing, people that are up all hours of the night on lower floors. This was a very disappointing visit

Very poor hotel
I1 days stay which started out good and then devolved into poor. Washer/Dryer (both $3.00) were taken out of service because the dryer began to work after one quarter was inserted instead of 12 quarters. Hotel manager thought since he would be losing money if people could put in one quarter and get 60 minutes, he would take both washer/dryer out of service. Five days later the machines are still out of order. Stay over guests had to drive to a laundromat 8 miles away to wash/dry clothes which was unreasonable. Room service was difficult to obtain even after an early morning request every few days. Housekeepers work on the rooms that guests check out from. Staying in hotels 8 months out of the year due to Forest Service contracts it’s important to have room service and washer/dry available if listed as an amenity. This hotel and management fail in presenting guests with what they have booked.

Yeah, great, lower price than most and quality breakfast, good WiFi, secure parking lot. Only issue is room access there’s only one door, one elevator, so if on the end of halls, it’s a lot of walking back and forth. Otherwise though, great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good. Many hotels have dome away with hot breakfast and in room microwave. This is a mistake, very happy this hotel had both.

Good place to stay, but could use some maintenance
We stay here often while travelling on business. It's a place I would call "just fine". While it serves its purpose well, the place could use some maintenance in the rooms and common areas. There is always something that is broken in the rooms and though still usable, looks shabby. Ideally, the rooms could use a renovation, but at least some deferred maintenance should be performed. The breakfast is typical for a Holiday Inn Express. However, the nice lady who takes care of the breakfast is super professional and keeps the place very clean. Overall, its a good place to stay, but it would be better with some upkeep.

Great for families
Loved this hotel! The building was in great condition and very clean. Breakfast was also very clean and included plenty of options for different eaters (my kids loved the pancake machine!). We also used the hot tub which was very nice.
