Welcome to The Lookout. This stately townhome is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Nestled on Lookout Drive in upper Deer Valley, it is centrally located and conveniently accessible to the slopes, hiking/biking trails, and historic Old Town.
There is plenty of space to entertain in the comfortable, open-concept living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities you'll need to cook a delicious at-home meal. The dining room table allows seating for 6 with additional seating provided at the bar-top. A large comfortable sectional is the perfect place to gather to watch your favorite show, play board games, or visit around the fireplace.
Around the corner you'll find the master suite. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, gas fireplace, desk, and large en suite bathroom. The bathroom allows for relaxing in luxury with a large soaking tub and glass shower, as well as a walk-in closet and double-sink vanity.
Moving downstairs, you'll find the perfect place to hang out! The downstairs bedroom features two bunk beds and a full size bathroom. Also downstairs is the ultimate media room complete with a large flat screen TV, wet bar, a large comfortable sectional and two full-body massage chairs.
The top floor of this home has two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has two comfortable queen size beds and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and private en suite bathroom.
Finish off your day of skiing with a relaxing dip in the private hot tub.
With plenty of space to spread out when you need privacy and gather when you want to be together, this home is the perfect spot to spend your family vacation. No matter the season, you'll find plenty to do within walking distance; hiking, biking, skiing, or exploring historic Old Town Park City.
Parking is provided in the attached two car garage. Full size washer and dryer are provided in the home.

There are two parking spaces in the attached garage and additional parking in the driveway.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
