Nice, new hotel with modern and well equipped rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly. Did not notice any noise in the evenings/nights which is a bonus, especially considering the hotel was pretty busy. Fantastic location for us near to a big Tesco and an 8min wall to Earl’s Court underground station. Only slight drawbacks are that 2 lifts is insufficient for a hotel of this size. We were on the first floor so never waited long enough to use one. They were always busy. Breakfast was great but very busy and chaotic. Similar situation at both 9am and 8am on the weekend. All in though would recommend and stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, the majority of which the fire alarm was going off every 5 minutes. I could understand a fire alarm code inspection being done for safety, but you would think the could last 1-2 days at most. The fire alarms persisted every 5 mins every single day. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and TV service were down for about 48 hours which made working from the hotel impossible. The breakfast buffet is chaotic and the hotel lobby design lends itself to a constant backlog of people milling about the entrance, obstructing free movement to elevators, rooms, breakfast area, etc. Will look to stay elsewhere next time i'm in London.

Poor customer services - very late check in even said you were a priority as a Marriott gold members (came back 3 times without room availability and even after 1500) - late housekeeping after 1600-1700 and just made up the bed and changed towels, without vacuum the floor and clean the glasses (I think it’s lacking manpower) - noice cancellation was very bad and even heard next door mobile ringing and taking - air conditioning couldn’t control it, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, need to opened windows for ventilation Concierge was good and helped a lot on luggage With free tea snacks & water

The systems had gone down so we had a little bit of a wait before we could be checked in. My biggest issue is that we were given room 003 on the ground floor, this did not seem like it was the deluxe suite that I had paid a little extra for, it seemed like it was just a standard room. Also, the description when booking said city view and we had no view at all. We could not see out of any window, as it appeared we were below ground level.
