Cheap and cheeful!
The hotel was cheap and cheerful, a good base for a city break, you get what you pay for.
The room was clean and tidy no issues there, cleaners came in every day and made the bed etc.
Quirky decoration lol
No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is provided, only hand soap so bring your own.
Netflix provided in various languages which was good.
Thin bedding, is okay for summer but does get a bit chilly in March. Only one pillow was provided.
One lightbulb was missing from one of the lamps, a safe is provided.
Upon arrival, the staff explained the key mechanisms and such, friendly enough.
It would be helpful for the reception staff to book taxis for guests, instead, they just give you a number for a taxi company, one was very good, spoke fluent English and was prompt. Unfortunately we struggled to communicate with the other taxi company provided (our fault as well for not speaking Italian lol!) but would have been helpful for the hotel to arrange.
Right next to the central train station, so an excellent landmark to be near.
Overall, a cheap hotel which worked well for our little city break
