First, the good parts. The hotel i situated in a reallyu nice area, and has all the main sights within walking distance. The beds are comfy, and most of the staff are really nice. However, the rooms are way smaller than I had expected, the aircondition is turned of, so if you want to breathe during the night, you need to open your window. Is your room is facint the street, you won't get any sleep... If you try to tell the manager about this, she claims thatyou are rude, and makes up a number of excuses of why the AC is turned off. Some of them were quite interresting! The rooms are just partly soundproofed. From the hallway we could here what our neighburs were doing (no doubt about that...) and when someone close to us were taking a shower, it sounded like we had some sort of a waterfall in our room.
I tried to talk to the manager about this, but she is french, and the french dont always take criticism that well...
