Austria Trend Hotel beim Theresianum

The hotel happened to be located very close to the Hauptbahnhof, which was an advantage, because we arrived by train. The staff very polite upon arrival, however when I indicated to them the first morning that the shower was not draining fast or let say normal, they said they would take care of it right away. Unfortunately I took their word and trusted them they would do the work to fix it. Hmmm to our surprise when we arrived back to the room and wanted to take a shower, guess what, nothing had been done and when I called the reception to let them know, they were not very polite, but rude, they wouldn't even apologize or hand me to the manager. So this is was and is a "big minus" for them. Breakfast was very good. Rooms quite nice, pillows A1.

Nice and clean. Good location to train station and underground. Breakfast overpriced at 11 euros per person

A pleasant hotel, well placed for getting into city centre and well appointed. The staff were obliging and the breakfast had an extensive choice.

Nice stay and location with washing machine in the unit except no toiletries available for hotel guests.

Perfect as always in our numerous stays over the past few years to the smallest details from the check-in process to the room amenities (a kettle would be a welcome extra) as well as our encounter and pleasure to check-in with the tall brown haired receptionist girl (usually with her hair tied up) whom my wife greatly appreciates for her professionalism.
