very central location in the old town but that means you have to find it and cart your bag from wherever as its in the centre of the pedestrianised area. Reception was very helpful in advising parking. shower 'cabinet' a bit dated but shower was effective the room was small and featureless but they'd tried to make the most of it.

Difficult to access hotel as there are too many steps to get to reception, and there are no lifts/ escalators. Room was dusty and particularly the beddings/ linen. These caused allergy to our skins.

It was a lovely place and I didn’t realize the history that it’s the oldest hotel in the area . It’s well maintained, modern and central to everything . The slight downside is that it can be a little noisy if you are looking for quiet room to rest.

Great location, close to everything. Rooms are basic. Breakfast was really the best, staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
