Dem Guest House

Started of a bit badly with Having two emails having two different addresses listed on them. So went to the wrong place first. They had over booked our first nights stay so booked us into a hotel near by. Not as nice though. Other than this the stay was great. Clean modern rooms with great service and fast responses to messages. Meeting is in person on the street when trying to find the correct address on the first night. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location to the Roma termini is great. I can say I will be back despite the start we had.

The title says most of my review. This truly is a fabulous place to stay. Situated only a two minute walk, even for my 64 year old legs, from Termini train station where a frequent bus service to both airports can be found it is an ideal location. Rooms are spotlessly clean, very spacious and the shower is to die for. The breakfast area too is very clean and spacious equipped with everything you need to enjoy the superb breakfast laid on for you buffet style. I unfortunately left my iPad when checking out of my room. The same day one of the marvellous staff emailed me to tell me such and within a few days it was back in my possession returned to me in England via DHL. That really was very nice of Stefano and the staff to do that. They didn’t need to take the time and effort to do that but they did. Oh, I nearly forgot, free coffee 24/7! Marvellous! I really do hope to be returning in the near future. Peter

DEM House is located 2 blocks from the Rome termini train station which is next to the new Mercato Centrale-like an indoor Farmer's Market. The room was small but everything was clean and having check in until 10pm was very convenient.

Very close to Termini and great value for money. We had a great time and would definitely use them again

bed was not so soft, weak wifi in the room, tipical italian breakfest, great location
