Worst hotel stay ever.
The grounds and lobby were clean enough. Check-in wait was approximately 15mins, significantly longer than it should have been due to there only being 1 person working the desk. She was nice and doing the best she could.
The room smelled musty & unpleasant, the tub was dirty, as was the inside of the microwave. Bed was nicely made, but pillows were lumpy and several need replaced.
I never used any facilities, so am unable to comment.
Unfortunately my 2nd night was miserable. Starting around 6:30pm, the floor I was on filled with teens/adults running the halls, banging doors, screaming at each other. Starting around 10:30pm, I called the front desk to request something be done due to the late hour. This continued all night. I went into the hallway and requested a group of teens stop @ 1:15am, I contacted the front desk multiple times to request assistance. The gentleman @ the front desk seemed annoyed with each of my calls.
At 4am, somebody in the hallway spent the next hour wailing, pounding/slamming doors, yelling at people.
Needless to say, I had very little sleep.
I was extremely disappointed to feel like my calls were taken lightly, and for the noise to be allowed to continue all night long.
