Good for stays where you're only using the hotel for sleep/shower and breakfast, The communal area is pleasant but if the hotel is busy you could find every table is taken. Staff are excellent. One downside is that the rooms don't have a safe for valuables.

As expected, a very small room, but perfect for one person for a short stay in London. Very good location (a short walk from Holborn tube station, with cafes and a grocery shop nearby), and close to Covent Garden and the theatre district. Very quiet, despite the central location. Efficient air conditioning and a nice shower (although if staying two people in the room, note that the walls and door to the bathroom are frosted glass). Comfortable bed. A kettle for making tea (or coffee) in the room.

We went for the basic basic no window room and was perfect for the night we had there no problems at all the bed was comfy convenient chargers next to the bed both plug and USB the shower was nice only tiny issue we had was the tv was a bit broken was verry dim all at the top and the bottom was normal so could only see bits of the film but other then that staff were awesome aswell

Had a 1 night stay with my daughter following a theatre trip. Hotel was a great location and short walk from the theatre, excellent links to the tube the following day so we could travel around and see some sights. They allowed us to store our baggage there the following day, free of charge. The room was clean, small, but had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, shower clean and free tea/coffee facilities. Would definitely recommend and would come back again

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. We had a Queen room on the 7th floor for one night. It was tricky to find our room. The signs in the corridors weren't in very obvious places. Be aware the lift only goes to the 6th floor. The room was cosy, still small, you could only acces the bed on one side. There was a kettle, hairdryer, a window and, water, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was good, the design/layout made efficient use of the space. We didn't have breakfast as the choices looked limited for the cost. Great location and lobby. Friendly staff.

Z Hotel is a fine hotel for a one night stay. However the entryway was dirty full of leaves, the beds were hard like sleeping on a bed without a mattress and the pillows were like lying your head on sand. The room was nice and clean, I wouldn't spend time in it other to sleep however. Air con was a great addition. The doors don't stop much sound could hear people walking up and down all night.
