Antis Hotel - Special Class

All the staff were extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. They did their best to make our 9 days stay very comfortable. The 3 concierges were professional and always went the extra mile to assist us. The wifi options on all floors was definitely a plus. Whilst our bedding and towels were changed daily, it would have been great if our room had been swept and dusted as well. I wish they would replace the orange squash served at breakfast with fresh fruit juices. They should also consider adding some fresh fruits. The bar in the lobby and the rooftop terrace are under utilised. My son was upset when he was asked to leave the rooftop terrace where he was relaxing and enjoying fresh air on our last night. We felt very safe in the hotel though, and would recommend it.

Nice and warm staff. Good to talk to them. Breakfast could have some variety. Else exact same food every morning. :( .again very nice staff and their manager.

The hotel is renovated its clean but still needs to fix some issues such as shower and air conditioning The air conditioner was liking and the ceiling shower was not working then they tried to fix it gets worsened the positive points about this hotel is the staff are friendly and try to help The location is good very close to the center I advise before you settle your room check AC And Shower

the hotel itself is okay. It's walkable distance to all the tourist attractions. However, the receptionists especially the young one ripped us off a few times after we found out that we can get way cheaper your down the road. Exactly the same tour but a lot cheaper.
