Good, friendly service even though some of the staff didn't speak English. The hotel has seen better days and is worn-out but it's small and central with good breakfast and everything works. Much cosier atmosphere than one of the big hotel chains - and I guess better value for the money

This is a property with no elevator and no reception area. I informed the hotel that I would be checking in around midnight. When I finally reached the property around midnight, the front door was locked and dark. There was no message for me and there was nobody to help me open the door. Their phone number was not working and I was left to fend for myself in a foreign country in the middle of the night in icy cold condition. Luckily, I had a friend in Germany who was able to communicate to the hotel manager about my situation and after a lot of difficulty and harrowing experience, I was able to check in.

Eine sehr einfache, sehr alte Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind in einem dringend renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Die Betten sind so niedrig, dass insbesondere älteren Reisenden Probleme entstehen können. Dazu sind die Matratzen äußerst dünn. Ein großes Manko: viele der Zimmer gehen zu einem kleinen Innenhof, der als Raucherecke des im Haus befindlichen Restaurants genutzt wird. Lüften also nur möglich, wenn man mit dem Geruch kein Problem hat.

Perfekt läge, tunnelbane station precis runt hörnet, nära till allt runt kurfurstendamm. Väldigt slitet och ofrächa rum. MEN man får vad man betalar för, detta var ett relativt billigt boende för oss.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Pension. Allerdings war alles sehr sauber. Ich war nur für eine Nacht da. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat geht das. Zum Ku’damm läuft man 8 Min. Restaurants sind vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Für einen Kaffee und ein Brötchen reicht es. Das Personal sagt nicht mal Guten Morgen. Dennoch würde ich es preismässig nicht wieder buchen

Als Geschäftsreisende nicht geeignet

Das Hotel ist von aussen sehr unscheinbar. Ein normaler Hauseingang. Danach gehen viele Treppenstufen nach oben (ca 20). Das Zimmer ist von der Möbelierung sehr alt und extrem hellhörig. Auf dem Bett waren noch vereinzelt Haare zu finden. Das Bad ist minimalistisch. Der Toilettendeckel hat schon bessere Jahre gesehen. Ebenso die Dusche. Leider Schimmel an der Wand und am Kabinenrand. Ebenso richtig sauber war es auch nicht. Lediglich der Mülleimer im Bad wurde geleert. Sonst hat das Zimmer keinerlei Reinigung erfahren. Zudem war der Safe nicht zugänglich. Es gab keine Rauchmelder und es musste die Zimmertüre abgeschlossen werden, dass kein unerwarteter Besuch auftaucht. Ebenso die Etagentüre wurde verschlossen. Brandschutztechnisch totale Katastrophe. Ebenso das Frühstück. Für 7,50€ eine Zumutung. Sehr kleine Aufbackbrötchen. Kaum Auswahl und von den Zeiten als Geschäftsreisender nicht zu empfehlen. Man wird vom Personal angemacht, wenn man sich Frühsrück einpackt, wenn keine Zeit zum frühstücken bleibt. Einen Tag geht man früher zum Frühstück, weil es beim einchecken hieß, dass man auch 15min früher hin gehen könnte. Dann gibt die Dame beim Frühstücksraum an, es würde erst um 8uhr Frühstück geben. Am nächsten Tag heißt es dann, als man sich das essen zusammenpackt, dass es nicht ginge etwas mitzunehmen. Auf Angabe, dass wir wegmüssten, wird dann gesagt "ja dann müssen Sie früher aufstehen". Nach dem Motto "selber Schuld. Also das Hotel würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen

Sämre än Rigas "värsta" vandrarhem.

Endast trappor (ingen hiss) till boendet. Svårframkomligt och övermöblerat frukostrum. Rum med väldigt slitna, trasiga och skeva möbler. Medtag egna lakan och handukar. Köp städartiklar på netto. Glöm inte innertofflor för det smutsiga golvet som "städas dagligen" och flipflops om du måste ställa dig i duschkabinen. Det ska inte bli smutsigare efter städning men det blir det. Grundläggande städning klarar de inte mer än att tömma sopkorgen.
