Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport

We have been staying in this hotel for a month due to lockdown for COVID-19. They have been wonderful, kind, supportive and providing exceptional food and service.

Our 3 nights stay was fabulous. All the staff right from the check in to housekeeping to F&B were simply superb. They always looked for opportunities to please us and managed to do so successfully. The only drawback of our stay was the repair works of the road right outside the hotel which made it very inconvenient for us to reach the hotel. We had to get down some 100mts ahead of the hotel and walk with our heavy bags. A heads up from the property would have been appreciated.

Stay was good Trainer at gym Mr Kalpesh was really cool. Had a good time at gym Restaurant especially breakfast was great perfect service Checkin was weird and even check out front desk was not that great

Just what I needed before a long flight back to London. Will definitely come back. Delicious food, excellent service and care.

Stayed here overnight before a morning flight to another city. The hotel is modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. This will be my first choice if I need to stay in Mumbai again.

The location is pretty good . The amneties too . The room were not clean though.. the coffee table had spots where the spoons were kept . I had to re wash the cuos snd sooon before using them .

Excellent choice in breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Rooms are spacious and beds and bedding very comfortable. The staff throughout the establishment are very courteous and always their to gelp

The property itself is very impressive. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are extremely professional. All the meals that we had in the restaurants were superb. The buffets were all very creative and the food selection delectable. What truly impressed us was staff at this property. Every staff member that we encountered sincerely went out of their way to ensure that we thoroughly comfortable and felt as though we were at home. A few names that we'd like to highlight are Sous Chef Tejas. Tejas whilst overseeing the busy kitchen operations at breakfast went out of his way to visit each and very table to ensure that the patrons’ experience was an enjoyable one. Sameer did the same but also went out of his way to bring delectable new samples to our table each and every day. And then there was Ankur who would be there with fresh hot masala tea at our table the moment we sat down. He would chat with us for minutes at a time to ensure that we felt completely at home. We'll definitely miss not having Amkur around. Lastly there was Tejal who was extremely professional and ensured that all of the guests’ needs were attend to. From the moment that you enter the property it becomes obvious that the staff’s hospitality comes from their hearts. Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai you have raised the bar on hospitality standards. Congratulations to you and your team for running an exceptional hotel!!
