Beautiful property, sparkling clean, very nice staff, and good breakfast. Only minus is that even though it's a quick 5 minute walk to the main part of town, you have to go past a giant parking lot, etc. to get there.

The staff was friendly and kind. Very clean and comfortable room. Good location and there was free drop off to Fira town but it was about 10 mins walk to restaurants and shops. My husband commented that men’s toilet in the lobby was dirty and wasn’t keep up which might give a bad impression. The masseuse Igla was great and she was one of the best in my travels.

The hotel was a wonderful, peaceful haven. The spa was lovely, if a little expensive (but no more than expected), with some great daily offers and a wide selection of massages. The room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was ample. Relatively quick and easy walk into central Thira, but on the outskirts so that it remains peaceful and quiet. Special mention to the 3 ladies working on reception - they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, from providing recommendations to helping make reservations and bookings. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know for a luxurious break.

Great hotel, most of staff very friendly. They offer a free 15min spa treatment upon arrival. Prices too high so went in town for all meals. The only negatove which makes experience not the best is the male bartender who didnt smile once and had bad service. Left me at the bar for 15min...so we never got drinks at the bar.

A fantastic hotel! Wonderful staff and really one of the best places to stay in Santorini. The only downside was the noise from the room above which we think was due to wooden floors so ask for a high floor!
