Overall, a decent hotel. First, the good things - Staff are friendly and helpful. It's located reasonably close to central Wollongong, so it's got access to everything you need. Parking was included in our reservation although the confirmation said it wasn't, so that might be an Expedia thing. The beds were super comfy, lot's of pillows different types so you can find one(s) that suit you.
Here's the negatives. First, it's a newer hotel, so they might still be upgrading or putting finishing touches on a few things. The car park is brand new, with areas still under construction, but it's quite secure. The shower in the bathroom has no shelf to put shampoo or soap on, which is really inconvenient. I wish they had put a bit more thought into where they located things like power points and bedside lights. The kettle wasn't plugged in, and the outlet was quite inaccessible behind the fridge, so I had to boil water in the bathroom. There's no wardrobe in the room, with just a rack and some hangars to hold clothes, so if you're staying for more than a weekend, this isn't very functional, and honestly, my clothes don't make good wall art. The rooms are a touch small, so if you've got wide shoulders, watch out for the wall mounted TV, as you're likely to take it out when walking past the bed. I would have thought that for a modern hotel, the electrical outlets would have USB ports for charging, but they don't.
So overall, no major issues, and likely just things they're working on.
