Acacias Étoile

We all really enjoyed our stay here! I had a room overlooking the street with a Juliette balcony and my parents had a centre room, with a window - the only thing they did mention is that their room was quite dark in the mornings, otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a real bonus. Such a great price for a really central base (~5 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe) - would definitely recommend!

There were bedbugs crawling visually on the sheets. They told us this was not a normal problem, but there were bed bug traps under the bed. We refused to stay here.They made us feel bad about leaving and lied to us. They told us they weren't going to charge us and they charged our credit card for a 1 day stay. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

This is a great hotel. Easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe and walkable (Or metro) to all of the Paris sites. The staff are very friendly/helpful. The rooms are cozy (not big), but comfortable and have everything you need.

Excellent hotel and staff! The location was great, within walking distance to most attractions and close to multiple metro stops. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future.

Location is the best attribute of this very average hotel. Rooms are very small and not in tip top condition. Service is about average which in the case of Parisien hotels means a notch above indifference.
