Our best hotel in Japan

The entire experience in this hotel was amazing, the gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpfull. The room was amazing and the location was perfectly close to everything. They also offered traditional japanese PJ during your stay which is amazing. For sure coming back in our next trip to Fuji.

Easy to reach when traveling by bus due to short walking distance from bus station. Clean and neat room with many amenities (like a mini fridge, microwave, water cooker) and a powerful AC. Very nice staff, receptionist spoke great English. Good breakfast and room service. Is close to a bus station to Hakone and within walking distance to Gotemba Station. Several restaurants in walking distance as well as a 711 and family marts. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

他の口コミにもあるように過去ラブホテルだった建物のリノベホテルです。その名残で部屋風呂がとても大きく、しかも温泉風？なので快適でした。立地についてもいわゆるラブホ街ですが、周囲にコンビニや飲食店もあって、宿泊+アウトレット等で検討するには妥当な選択だと思います。

御殿場アウトレットから近くて、部屋風呂で蛇口から温泉が出て来て、ゆっくり温泉を楽しめました。近くにファミレスもたくさんあって、たまたまオーナーさんとお話が出来て、とても気さくな方で楽しかったです。残念だったのが朝食で、パンが冷たくて…温めるトースターがあったら良かったのになぁ〜と残念でした。

名前に温泉と付いたので、温泉付きの普通のホテルと思い宿泊しましたが、完全に元ラブホでした。お風呂以外はしっかり改装されていたのでその辺を気にしなければまずまずかと思います。冬はお風呂場が広すぎて寒く感じると思います。
