Check in was a breeze - the young lady at the desk was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived a little early and our room was ready. The room was clean, and the bedding and pillows were comfy! The valet was quick and easy. It’s ideally located near Ford Field and Little Caesar’s Arena - a nice short walk on a nice day. The free tram is close by if you’d rather do that instead.
The only issues was their heating system is very loud - it woke all of us up several times throughout the night. Additionally, the rooms are not sound proof at all - you hear everything going on in the hallway, next door, outside, the heavy room doors closing etc. Will give it another try, however, and request a different room next time.
