Pousada muito boa. Único defeito é quarto pequeno para família, somente comporta duas pessoas.

Reservei quarto com cama queen com sacada, chegando na pousada não tinha quarto com sacada e me ofereceram um outro quarto com cama pequena e com porta para piscina para piorar me sugeriram um quarto com cama queen, mas eu teria que pagar R$ 170. Após conversas nos colocaram em um quarto com cama queen e sem sacada. No dia seguinte do nosso chek in reclamei e me ofereceram um outro quarto ou 25% em uma estadia futura, não aceitei nenhuma das opções.
Deixamos nossas motos no estacionamento deles e pela manhã um profissional próximo das motos cortando pisos, deixando nossas motos em um estado lamentável com pó fino sobre elas.
O mínimo esperado é que calculassem a diferença de valor de um quatro para o outro e me reembolsassem.
Totalmente decepcionante e sem jogo de cintura algum.

Como perder um hóspede?
Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos, já não podemos falar o mesmo da proprietária Adriana. O banheiro não estava muito limpo, tivemos que pedir para limpar o chuveiro e o ralo da pia, os rejuntes dos azulejos estavam com mofo.
Algumas combinações não foram cumpridas, estávamos em um quarto e durante a estada mudamos para outro, nesta situação combinamos na recepção de tirar as coisas de um quarto para outro a noite, mas durante a manhã mesmo, quando estávamos passeando, fomos importunados pela proprietária nos dizendo que se as nossas coisas não fossem passadas para o outro quarto ou se não autorizássemos que o pessoal da pousada o fizesse eles nos cobrariam meia diária, contrariando o combinado e nos deixando muito desconfortáveis, pois nossas coisas não estavam arrumadas na mala e nem nas necessaire. Conclusão perderam hóspedes para uma futura locação.
