The concept is great, especially for travellers looking for a good value with more comfort than cheap hostels. The location is just amazing. BUT This place is rapidly falling apart. I have been there multiple times over the past three months and the maintenance and the cleanliness are deplorable now. I am not sure if I will keep on staying there, and it’s a real pity as I was originally completely seduced by the concept.

Clean pod/cocoon with dimmable light and on/off airflow. Comfortable mattress and a good night's sleep. I chose a female-only area, other guests were friendly and it was quiet. Bathroom has more than enough showers & toilets. If you're comfortable with sleeping in a largish box, then it's extremely convenient with an excellent location and a good price.

Stayed here for the night as it was my first time coming to London to see Sylvester Stallone at Westminster hall, Never stayed in a capsule hotel before , and for the price if your staying for a night , you can’t grumble , bed was comfortable , and slept well, you do have to spend and additional £8 for a padlock to lock your door if you leave any valuables, so best to bring your own,

It is a really good hostel with kind and helpful staff if something happens or you have questions. It is also really nice not to need to make the bed, as you do at some hostels. I would recommend staying here. However, a small improvement I would like to see for next time is a thicker pillow, as they are quite flat. Please clean the toilets in the late afternoon or evening, as you share the bathrooms and showers with so many other people. Also, add a full-body mirror to each dorm so you dont need to walk to the bathroom every time you need to use a full body mirror

I stayed here for 4 nights. When I arrived I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and comfort of the pod. As the end of my stay came closer the cleanliness of the bathrooms took a drastic turn for the worse. I stayed in the women's only quarters and every day there were male staff either in the pod area or bathrooms. Then I spotted a white mouse scurrying from under one pod to another. Staff didn't seem too concerned. Location is great and price is ideal but some things for them to work on.

Really enjoy staying at the Zedwell Capsule Hotel, this was my second stay. The capsules are snug but comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers good. The location is absolutely perfect for theatre goers - around 8 theatres within a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be staying there again.

I have stayed here a few times however this time wasn't as positive an experience as I'd had previously. I arrived to check in and instead of gpkng to use the lift at the f3ont of the building you had to go through another entrance and go in the lift. All was good until I was going out and my room card key didn't work when I had been to the toilet so I ended up walking down lots of stairs from the 4th floor to reception going down the escape stairs as it was poorly signposted. The same thing happened when I was going to check out on the Monday as ended up taking two large bags down lots of stair.s

It was comfortable, and perfect for I've night stay, but it's a little like a cross between a youth hostel and a human warehouse. The bed was clean, but the bathroom has broken facilities, and were a bit smelly. Take a padlock to lock your pod when you're not in it Staff are really helpful, can't fault them.

Stayed in one of the pods, very clean and spacious. Staff was great and I felt very safe and the location is the absolute best!!! Would highly recommend as it’s within walking distance of so much and public transit is right there.

The boxes we slept in were really hot at night, they really need to help with the airflow cause I was running out of oxygen and couldn’t breathe even if the low flow ac running in the box.. had to crack the door at the bottom…but other than that, the stay was perfect!!! Loved my stay and will be back again and again!!!
