Very convenient to the port if you need a quick stay before cruising. Easy walk - even with luggage - to the shuttle to the ship. Walkable to restaurants and points of interest pre-cruise. Kitchen, sitting area separate from bedroom which is nice. No elevator but excellent AC! Enjoy!

I stayed with my family for one night and had a great experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive, she make you feel like you are at home. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before your cruise.

Our host was wonderful she met us at the door and helped us with our luggage. She explained all the electronics and gave us a sweet gift of wine and treats. The next day she helped us with our luggage and took us to the port entrance. We would stay here again.

This was the best place to stay. Walk to restaurants and walk over to cruise port (1 minute walk). The apartment is up a couple of sets of stairs with no lift but that’s the only negative. Anna was an exceptional host with a beautiful apartment that was clean pretty and very spacious. Great intranet and she left a bottle of wine and snacks. Would stay again

This looks like a very new rental property so furnishings are new. Anna met us at property, showed us how keys & everything works in unit. The unit is located on 2nd floor so no elevators to get your luggage upstairs, if you’re coming to stay before cruise. Very comfortable sitting area & bedrooms. Bathroom is nice but shower is very small. Towels could be better quality - a few were very thin. The air con works great! Anna provided 2 big bottles of water in fridge, nice touch. Building is very close to cruise ship shuttle area, about 1 minute walk. Thank you…

Our host Anna met us and took us up to the apartment-explained all the workings and amenities of the suite. We enjoyed the location to train station( 1.5 km walk) and to cruise shuttle (0.4 km) plaza. Good recommendations to groceries, as we did some of our own cooking, and to local restaurants. Well appointed 2 bdrm suite with balcony and full kitchen. so thankful to Anna our host, as she provided details and parts upon request. Loads of towels and linens and a welcome tray of snacks, water and wine! So enjoyed our 2 day stay in this seaport apartment-relaxed and so much history to take in.

If you are going on a cruise and need a place for one or two nights do not pass this up. It is walking distance to the free shuttle which makes it amazing. Two rooms is amazing. It really was a great place and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Book well ahead as I am sure this goes quickly. They are not good at answering emails like well ahead of time... but they will def get in touch to answer questions within around 10 days before your booking, so don't worry. If you don't book this place, your dumb. Just kidding but really....

Cozy stay

All amenities were available. Air conditioning was working well and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with helpful items we needed. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Anna in particular was very helpful and so sweet. She assisted us in getting oriented and directed us when we asked. She was really great. All in all, we had a great stay!

We came 2 days before the start of our cruise to have a buffer in case of flight delays and to get into this time zone. The owners were tremendously helpful, allowing us to check in early and arranging for transportation from the airport. They also helped us find the bus terminal to transport to our cruise ship. The apartment was huge, clean, and loaded with snacks for us.

La atención de la propietaria fue excelente! Muy linda, muy atenta. El lugar muy limpio, muy bonito. Nos dejaron snacks porque llegamos tarde y cansados. En general quedamos muy contentos. Sin duda lo recomiendo si van a viajar en crucero, está muy cerca de la terminal. No había taxis y Giovanni muy amablemente fue por nosotros a la terminal de trenes. Muchas gracias ! No dudaría en regresar y en recomendarlo

We had an English speaking correspondant who did all of our pre-arrival communication, then a lovely Italian hostess that showed us around when we arrived. Communication was excellent, co-operative and accommodating. The property clean, renovated, was well appointed and more spacious than we had anticipated. It included full cooking appointments, a fridge, internet, A/C and a fantastic small-town italian feel. The surrounding area was what you would expect for a port town with ample tourist-type shopping, a local market for fresh groceries, a number of excellent resteraunts and bistro/caffe's and some great local fare as well. Most shop keepers and wait staff spoke english to us and were very warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again if I was leaving from Civativecchia on a cruise.
