The location was extraordinary, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, restaurant was very good. (Regardless of where you stay in Bruges, MAKE A RESERVATION FOR DINNER. One night we tried to wing it and EVERYTHING was booked.)

A fabulous place to stay. You could not ask for a better location or more authentic Bruges charm. The breakfast was excellent, as was the view from the restaurant. The only thing that could have been better was the bathroom. The tub was huge, but had a sloping ceiling over it. I would make a point of staying here again.

Really pretty and individual hotel right in the middle of Bruges. Its a long walk from the railway station (especially if you have rolling suitcases as it is mostly cobbled streets) so although the route is pretty I'd get a cab. Lots of character in the hotel. Quite a narrow staircase up to the rooms. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Lovely staff on reception.

Beautiful building in an excellent location within central Bruges. Unfortunately, we were in town during the terrible heat wave (105 degrees!) and the hotel had no air conditioning. Also, the room was extremely tiny and you couldn't even stand in the shower because of the sloping walls. Staff was exceptionally friendly.
