I have stayed in at least 100 Motel 6's over the last 15yrs with pets and this is the first place I have ever been told I can't have a ground floor room... for my elderly dog who I have to carry in and out to potty.. The manager was inflexible and not compassionate. (Because if he made 1 exception for me for 1 night at 10pm in an empty lobby "everyone would want to do it" 🙄) They put all pets on the 2nd floor where people below them listening to them walk around and play can complain. The most ridiculous rule. I needed a ground floor room by the door to outside and close to my car (they were available), instead I got an upstairs room in the center of the building. Will never stop in Cedar City here again... the Ramada in across the street was lovely.

Not what we expected.
I asked for a room that was accessable and had a queen bed. If by putting rail in a bathtub is accessible then it was ok. I couldn't use it but we were only there for 1 night so I didn't need a bath. The bed was only a double. It was very hard to sleep in but again 1 night with 2 dogs, it was ok.

Do NOT stay here
I’ve never had an issue with a Motel 6 - you get what you pay for… But this particular location had horrible customer service and suspect business practices. I do NOT recommend staying here. They will take your security deposit for trumped up reasons that aren’t true and are rude when questioned about this nefarious behavior. It would be worth the money to stay somewhere else and probably end up costing less in the long run.
