Sentralt, praktisk og helt fantastisk service
Sentral beliggenhet. Praktisk hotell med mulighet for å bruke kjøkken fasiliteter for egen matlaging ved behov. Meget vennlig og hjelpsomt personale i resepsjonen. Svært høy score fra oss på service! Anbefales!

8/10 – Veldig bra

Overall it was good. A couple of things that made it not as comfortable as it could be. The bathroom needs a big upgrade, old and worn down with a tiny shower that was hard to move inside. Not the most convenient location but Adelaide is small so you can walk most places in 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was good.

Little to recommend
Lift not working and no hotel staff to help at the weekend. Room dated and not that clean. Reception staff behaviour strange. On the positive side location good and there is w great Italian café nearby

A éviter - dommage car personnel sympa
La personne à l’accueil fort sympathique et très professionnelle. Par contre ascenseur en panne ( nous avons 70 ans et avaient pas mal de bagages). Moquette immonde - chewing gum trous traces de ???? et collante. Brosse de toilette cassée pavée dans la salle de bains immonde ( on osait même pas poser un pied par terre, bruyante et mal situé. Offre disait une bouteille de vin compris mais il fallait réclamer. On nous a promis un mail du Directeur le lendemain mais on attend toujours.

Worst Service
This hotel's service absolutely is the worst, we had out booking and wasn't informed until we arrived that their elevators were not working. A lame excuse as we had this booked through hotels.com and were not a priority for them. I had my aged father with me and given they had us on the 3rd floor we had to cancel and since this was last minute had to scramble for whatever was available as we were down for the Cricket Semi-Final. We had only half an hour to get an alternative accomodation and missed the first part of the match thanks to their in-competitive service. Will never use them ever.
