Hotel staff very welcoming and hotel very clean. The room was nice and traditional and clean. Free safe in the room was useful. Breakfast menu is very limited and only three options and no English breakfast tea on offer

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean, although rather hot as there is no air con, which was the only real negative. Breakfast was lovely with a range of options. Location is great, very close to the centre and to transport links.

Hotel U Krize was fantastic. The location was great, close to all the attractions. We walked to everything, but there was a tram outside if you prefer to take public transportation. The free breakfast buffet was quite good. We also dined in the restaurant one night, delicious. You get 10% off if you mention you are staying there which we didn’t realize. The only drawback was that the elevator was broken. We are on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but maybe if you have health issues or stroller. The staff was very helpful. They showed us which tram to take and sold tram tickets, which saved us the hassle. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel dated clean, but unable to stand in shower and bath very small, spoke to reception staff but did nothing about it.
