Lite standard på kjøkkenutstyr! Må ut og spise hver dag da spiseplass/kjøkken ikke hadde noe utstyr. Kaffetrakter finnes(heldig hvis du får flere kaffepods) ingen vannkoker. Ellers ok rom. Perfekt beliggenhet til subway, shopping og Timesquare etc. med tanke på barn. Kan anbefales!

Never stayed cause the hotel was shut down , never got a called or email to let me know the place was shut down

The hotel was closed and moved us over 20 minutes away. We chose the Wyndham do we would have to take taxis. It cost us over $100 in fares and was a major inconvenience. NO ONE notified us if the change ahead of time.

Too many issues to list, not worth your money or time. Very disappointing.

The whole experience was horrible. I reserved a city view room. Checkin was at 3. We got there at 430 and there was abt 30 ppl on the line to checkin and they had no rooms available. The front desk asst asked if we could come back. We came back at 7 and still no rooms available. We finally got a room at 830, and it wasnt s city view. The lights kept cutting off n on by itself, thank god it was a portable heater in the room bc the heat didnt work and to top it off the phone didnt work so we could call room service. Just a total disaster

It was a nice hotel and nice room, but when I got into my room the bed was all messed up, there was other peoples clothing still there and there was trash from the previous person. There was no towels or anything in the bathroom to wash up with. I tried calling and asking for them to bring some up and no one ever answered.

I was disappointed in my stay. 1. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. When I informed the front desk, they claimed they "upgraded the room at no extra charge." I politely argued that I did not agree that a King bed to 2 Queen beds was an upgrade. After some back and forth, they gave is the room we booked. 2. EVEN WORSE. Due to COVID, the light switches were on automatic sensors instead of manual, which was not only annoying, but made me touch the light switch significantly more times than I would have if it were manual. My husband and I asked fit here was a way to change it to manual. The maintenance man came to our room and claimed that he switched it to manual. Later on, we realized this was not the case. When the maintenance man came back up, he argued with me that it was "impossible" for the lights not to be manual. He then directed his attention exclusively to my husband and showed him the fuse box in the room, telling him the only alternative is to flip the switch and turn off all the lights in the room. THEN he looked at me and said, "Only men touch the box. NO women touch it." I was so thrown off at this sexism that I was speechless. It is completely unacceptable.

The area is central but very busy and with little space to none -for parking-. Next to the police station which entails noise all day long. Hotel staff didn’t know how to handle our reservation and charged a full new booking to my card. Lots of people and line in order to get to the front desk. Price was affordable, bar open until late and the bathroom/room was clean and fully equipped with utilities, hygiene items and hot water.

Made a same day reservation to this hotel. Upon arriving I noticed a sign on the door saying that the hotel was closed due to its location of being next to a NYPD station. There were instructions on the door telling guests to go to its “sister property” several blocks away. I schlepped my baggage to the other property, was told they didn’t see my reservation and said that therefore I couldn’t check in early. The hotel they make you stay it is attached to a building that is currently doing demo work. The construction noise is atrocious. I was given a handicap accessible room though I do not require it and the room had transparent tape stuck to its ceiling. I don’t even want to know why it was there or for how long. I was upset that I was able to book a reservation for a hotel that wasn’t even open, angered that I had to stay at a 2 star degraded hotel and annoyed that I didn’t do more about it.

The front of the hotel was dirty but there was someone onsite cleaning. The service was not great at all. The front desk was not helpful to me at all. I couldn't get decent towels. I was just not please with the hotel. There were a lot of things going on and it was hard to get help. I enjoyed the room. It was amazing. That was the only good thing thankfully so
